Returns:

If an item does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Chandelier Lift Company that this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund).

You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.

Deliveries:

Delivery Charge £10.00 for all mainland UK deliveries. For purchases outside of the UK, please contact us by email to discuss your purchase and location for a total cost quotation.

Deliveries will be carried out using national couriers, either TNT or UPS. Delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.

Saturday delivery is available but is subject to a surcharge of £25.00.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time and day stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery on the stated day.

Shipping is considered to be satisfactorily accomplished when the product is signed for at the required delivery address. In the event of a delivery failure due to absence of the purchaser, a notification will be made, to arrange for re-delivery or collection by the purchaser, according to the circumstances. We attempt delivery 3 times.

Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any major delays you will always be informed.

It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Chandelier Lift Company

Breakages:

When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages; and any signs of damage to the packaging. If this is not possible, the goods must be signed for as "Unexamined". In this event the goods must be examined within 7 days, and any damage reported in writing to the Chandelier Lift Company. Chandelier Lift Company will gladly replace any breakages that incur during shipping.
